Richard is passionate about connecting people, knowledge, and markets to drive impactful innovation, and about unlocking untapped potential in talent and technologies, contributing to a more sustainable industrial future. -

Hella Schmidt is an experienced strategy and transformation leader with over 25 years of international experience at the intersection of growth, innovation, and sustainability. As SVP Strategy, Transformation, Marketing and Sustainability at dsm-firmenich, she leads initiatives that drive strategic growth, accelerate innovation, and enable enterprise transformation. Before joining dsm-firmenich, Hella held senior roles at McKinsey & Company, Accenture, Boston Consulting Group, Shell, and Guerrilla Games. She has worked closely with executive teams and boards across industries, helping them navigate complex transformations and unlock new growth opportunities. Beyond her executive role, Hella serves on the Board of HollandBIO. She holds a cum laude MSc in Civil Engineering, is a Registered Controller, and is based in Amsterdam. -
Wilms (Dimphy)
Dimphy Wilms is a materials engineer with over 30 years of experience in industry, working across both end-user organizations and contractor/supplier environments. She has built a broad perspective on engineering throughout complex industrial value chains. Dimphy previously served as Engineering Manager at Shell Netherlands Refinery (Shell Pernis) and currently holds a global role focused on bringing together Shell’s Product Refining assets in the areas of Asset Integrity and Process Safety. Passionate about connecting people, she strongly believes in the power of collaboration and shared learning to drive progress. As Chair of the Jubilee conference of the NAP industry network, she is committed to fostering meaningful dialogue and knowledge exchange within the community.
