Through real-life examples, they will demonstrate how collaboration, experimentation, and curiosity turn innovative ideas into practical solutions.

Why do technically sound AI initiatives often struggle once they reach the organisation? Vincent McLeese, CTO and co-founder of Untangle Lab, explores the human dynamics behind successful AI adoption. During this interactive session, participants will also take part in a live AI Mindset Scan, providing practical insights into the mindsets that influence how people embrace, question, or resist AI.
