NAP Contactmeeting September 24th 2026
Artificial intelligence is changing the way we work. We have moved beyond human-in-control and human-in-the-loop. AI is becoming part of our daily practice, creating new opportunities for organisations and professionals alike.
As Jeff Gaspersz puts it:"As an employee, you will not be replaced by AI; you will be replaced by someone who has learned how to work with AI."
During this NAP Contact Meeting, two inspiring sessions will explore both the practical and the human side of AI adoption.
AI in practice at the NVWA
Erno Bammens, Head of the Innovation Lab and Chief Innovation Officer at the Netherlands Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority (NVWA), together with Rachid Imhaouran, Technical Architect and Strategic Advisor on Innovation, will share how the NVWA explores and applies AI in practice. Based on their day-to-day experience, they will demonstrate how collaboration, experimentation and curiosity help turn innovative ideas into real-world applications.
The invisible layer behind AI adoption
In his session The Invisible Layer for Scalable AI Adoption: AI Mindsets, Vincent McLeese, CTO and co-founder of Untangle Lab, explores why technically sound AI initiatives often struggle once they meet the organisation. He introduces four recurring AI mindsets that shape how people embrace, question or resist AI. During the session, participants will also take part in a live AI Mindset Scan, offering practical insights into the human dynamics that influence successful AI adoption.
Whether you are already working with AI or are just beginning to explore its possibilities, this Contact Meeting will provide practical insights, fresh perspectives and valuable inspiration.
We look forward to welcoming you onThursday, 24 September at Van der Valk Hotel Houten.
