NAP CONTACT MEETING
""The Root Causes of, and Ways to manage complex Commercial Contracts"
Dear member,
The theme for the NAP contact meeting of May 23rd is "The Root Causes of, and Ways to manage complex Commercial Contracts". The contact meeting is at Hotel Houten.
As most NAP members experience, Commercial Contracts have become much lengthier and more complex over the years. Therefore NAP would like to dig a little deeper into the causes of this development and how to manage this complexity in contracts. To elaborate on this matter NAP has invited two extinguished speakers to share their thoughts and research with the NAP members. Both from a theoretical and practical point of view. Prof. dr. Marcel Ruygvoorn (Van Benthem en Keulen) lectures on (international) contracts and Patric Jansen has extensive experience in the field of legal & compliance matters at Stork. They are looking forward to present and discuss their thoughts and experiences with you on (international) lengthy and complex Commercial Contracts. We are looking forward to meet you at the NAP network meeting. Location: Hotel Houten.

Jaarverslag 2023
Jaarverslag 2023

Uitnodiging NAP CONTACT MEETING - November 16th 2023
NAP CONTACT MEETING
"THE DIGITAL PLANT OF THE FUTURE”Dear member,
The theme for the NAP contact meeting of November 16th is “The digital Plant of the Future”.
After many meetings around the Energy Transition, NAP wants to zoom in on digitization. Digitization is all around us, in our daily lives, our projects, factories and offices. How can Asset Owners prepare for the digital future of their plants? How do EPC contractors cope with all the different systems during the execution and delivery of a project and how this relates to digital twins?
NAP has invited two very interesting guest speakers Gé Driessen (Fluor) and Joep Verwegen (DSM-Firmenich) to elaborate on these matters. They are looking forward to share their thoughts and experiences with you.
We are looking forward to meet you at an interesting and interactive contact meeting on November 16th at Hotel Oud London in Zeist!
